At Fermentolab, we stand by the quality of our artisanal pizza bases. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy, including free returns if you don’t like the product!
RETURN WINDOW
Customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of receipt, for any reason, even if they simply don’t like the taste!
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Return Notification: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at info@fermentolab.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
- Safely pack the product in its original packaging to ensure freshness.
- Include the return authorization form and any required supporting documents.
- Download and print the prepaid return label (if provided) from our confirmation email.
- Ship the package via Royal Mail or DPD (Tracked & Traced).
RETURN COSTS
FREE RETURNS for any reason! Whether you don’t like the taste, changed your mind, or had an issue with the order, we will cover the return costs.
SPECIFIC RETURN & REFUND CONDITIONS
✔️ RETURNS DUE TO PREFERENCE OR CHANGE OF MIND
Even if you simply didn’t enjoy our pizza bases, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
✔️ DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
- Damaged Upon Arrival? Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
- Incorrect Product Received? Let us know, and we’ll handle the return and ensure you get the correct item.
- Product Never Arrived? Contact us so we can investigate with the courier. If the package is lost, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
✔️ CANCELLATION AFTER ORDER
- Before Shipping: You can cancel your order before it ships for a full refund.
- After Shipping: If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process after receiving it.
