Like every passionate pizzaiolo, we once dreamed of opening our own restaurant. But we soon realized something: a single pizzeria would mean reaching only a small group of people. What if we could bring the true restaurant experience to every home in the UK?

That’s when Fermento Lab was born. Instead of being limited by four walls, we set out to craft the perfect artisan pizza base, one that anyone could top, bake, and enjoy in just 5 minutes, straight from their own oven.
